Friar Lawrence is picking his plants for his potions when Romeo turns up and Friar thinks that he has been out all night with Rosaline. Romeo says that he has moved on from Rosaline and Friar calls him out for changing his mind so quickly and that he should be more thoughtful. Romeo then talks to him about Juliet and how they want to get married at 9 on monday morning and Friar agrees hoping that the marraige will bring the familys together and end the fued.
